SStop & Go Traffic Control LLC

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 29, 2026

SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Stop & Go Scheduling Alerts program operated by Stop & Go Traffic Control LLC.

Program description

The Stop & Go Scheduling Alerts program sends current employees operational information about work assignments. Messages may include new assignment notices, schedule changes, reassignments, cancellations, and reminders to review or respond to an assignment. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How employees opt in

An active employee signs in at stopngoschedule.com/employee using the employee's registered mobile number and verification code. The employee then checks the box labeled “Send scheduling alerts to my registered phone.” The disclosure beside the checkbox states that message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and employees may reply STOP to opt out. Consent is recorded in the secure employee account.

Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Employees who do not opt in can still view and respond to assignments through the website.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the employee's schedule and changes made by dispatch. Mobile carrier message and data rates may apply. Stop & Go Traffic Control LLC does not charge a separate fee for the alert program.

Opt out

Reply STOP to cancel text alerts. After opting out, the employee may receive one confirmation message. Employees may also turn off scheduling alerts in the employee portal. Website access and online assignments remain available after opting out.

Help and support

Reply HELP for assistance, email tmack@stopgotrafficcontrol.com, or call (203) 545-6840. Employees should contact dispatch directly for urgent schedule questions.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier service, device settings, network conditions, or system maintenance. Employees remain responsible for reviewing the scheduling website and contacting dispatch when necessary.

Privacy policy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The single privacy policy that applies to this program is the public Stop & Go Traffic Control LLC Privacy Policy. It explains the information collected, how it is used, and employee choices.

Changing a mobile number

If an employee changes or deactivates a mobile number, the employee may update the registered number and messaging preference through Stop & Go management or the employee portal.

Changes

Stop & Go Traffic Control LLC may update these terms or discontinue the alert program. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
