Privacy Policy
This is the single official privacy policy for the Stop & Go Traffic Control LLC employee scheduling website and Stop & Go Scheduling Alerts text messaging program.
Information we collect
We may collect employee names, employee identifiers, mobile phone numbers, work assignments, assignment responses, absence or leave requests, and account-access status. When an employee voluntarily uses the clock-in or clock-out feature, the website records the location, accuracy, time, and related assignment supplied by the employee's device.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate employees, publish and manage work assignments, record acceptance or unavailability, process leave requests, document time-clock events, send operational scheduling notices, protect the website, and support company scheduling and payroll administration.
Mobile messaging privacy
For the Stop & Go Scheduling Alerts program, we collect an employee's registered mobile phone number, text-alert preference, opt-in or opt-out record, and message delivery information. We use that data only to authenticate the employee, deliver requested operational scheduling notices, maintain consent records, and support the text-alert program.
Employees may voluntarily opt in through the secure employee portal. Messages may include new assignments, schedule changes, reassignments, cancellations, and response reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment, and employees may continue using the website without text alerts.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Vendors that help operate the scheduling website, verify sign-ins, or deliver a requested text may process mobile information only to provide those operational services to Stop & Go Traffic Control LLC. They are not permitted to use mobile information or messaging consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Location information
The website requests device location only when an employee chooses to clock in or clock out. It does not continuously track employees in the background. Location records are used for workforce timekeeping, assignment verification, safety, payroll administration, and related business records.
Opting out and employee choices
Employees may disable scheduling alerts in the employee portal or reply STOP to an operational text. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove website access or prevent employees from viewing assignments online.
Security, retention, and legal disclosure
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect employee information. Access is limited to authorized company personnel and operational vendors that need the information to perform their work. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for scheduling, payroll, legal, safety, and business purposes, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people and company systems. Nothing in this section permits the sale or sharing of mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data for marketing or promotional purposes.
Children
This employee scheduling service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this service.
